  • What is the shipping and handling cost when I purchase?

    So long as your shipping address is located within the 48 continental United States we offer standard shipping at no cost to you. If you would like to expedite the shipping of your item or you are located outside of the continental U.S., once you add your new accessories for your vehicle to the shopping cart; enter your address information; select your desired shipping method; then click apply to get your real-time shipping quote.
  • What is the warranty on your products?

    At Upgrade Your Auto all our chrome accessories are covered by a standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty that covers any manufacturer defects of our products (i.e. peeling, flaking or discoloration.) Should you ever have a warranty related issue do not alter the part and please be sure to contact us immediately as we will repair or replace any part covered under warranty.
  • How can I return my item?

    Items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. In order to start the return process please be sure to contact of our representatives support@upgradeyourauto.com or call us directly at1-888-290-4588 to receive a Return Authorization Number*. This must be reference on the shipping label when you return your item. Once your returned item is received at our warehouse we will issue a prompt refund of the purchase price, minus a manufactures $19.95 or 20% return fee. ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE US & CANADA ARE FINAL SALE. *No refunds will be accepted without RA #.
  • I received my item damaged. What do I do?

    Very rarely our items are damaged in shipping and we deeply apologize for this and we will get you taken care of. Please be sure to take a picture of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in and forward this onto our customer service text line at 253-304-8215 or email us directly at support@upgradeyourauto.com. Once these pictures are received and the damage is confirmed we will immediately file a damage claim and issue a warranty replacement at no cost to you.
  • My item is not fitting properly. What do I do?

    If you experience a setback during the installation process, please be sure to contact us immediately as we will be able assist you directly. In order for our representative to better assist you, please be sure to provide us with pictures of the part number on the box you received along with a pictures of the product held up against but not installed on your vehicle featuring in what way the part is not fitting correctly too. You are able to email us this information at support@upgradeyourauto.com or you can text us your picture from your cell phone to our customer service text line at 253-304-8215. Once these pictures are sent please be sure to include detailed information in your email or call us directly at 888-290-4588.
  • Why does my stainless steel product look white?

    The white you see on your Stainless Steel product is a double layered white protective film. The film is attached to the Mirror Finish Stainless Steel to protect them during transit and installation. Please be sure remove the two layers of protective film to see the brilliant high polished mirror finish.
  • Where is my item and tracking information?

    Your order is guaranteed to be pulled and processed within one business day* after purchase and will be delivered within approximately 4 to 7 business days so long as you’re located within the continental 48 states. Once your item hits the first sorting facility your tracking number will be immediately forwarded to you as we like to ensure your package was received securely by our shipping provider. If an expedited shipping method is desired please be sure to contact us at your earliest convenience via our direct line at 888-290-4588 and one of our representatives will immediately work with you. * Our key chains and license plate frames are custom made just for you and may take 7 days to ship. We value quality above all else and will only ship when you have a product that you will value for years to come!
  • Is there clips missing from my chrome item?

    Our chrome items may look like clips are missing however that is where the mold held the item during the chroming process. Rest assured this will not affect the quality or durability of the item and is not exposed once the item is installed. If this is not the case please be sure to take a picture of where the clips are missing and forward this onto our customer service text line at 253-304-8215 or email us directly at support@upgradeyourauto.com .
  • How do I know if a replacement part will fit my vehicle?

    We offer many replacements for all vehicles and they will be a perfect fit so long as it is an exact match to your factory original. In order to guarantee the fitment you will need to call your local dealership with your VIN number and they will be able to give you the OEM part number of your factory original part. Once you have this please contact us at support@upgradeyourauto.com or call 888-290-4588 and one of our representatives will be able to match the OEM part number to the replacement that will be perfectly compatible your vehicle.
  • How do I install my product?

    In order to install your new item please be sure to refer to our installation instructions page where we have written tutorials and even video demonstrations on how to seamlessly and securely install your item so it will last the life of your vehicle. Link to Installation Instructions.
