Secure Replacement Policy

While we stand firmly by the quality of our products, we want to afford our customers the peace of mind that you're order is secure and as hassle-free as possible.

Therefore, all of our products are backed by a 60 Day Secure Replacement Policy. If you recieve your item damaged or defective, contact us within 60 days, send us back the item, and we will send out a replacement as soon as we recieve it.

In the event of a refund request, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

  • Returns must be received in new and unused condition.
  • In order to return the item the buyer MUST pay return shipping.
  • RMA #s are required for all returns and can be received by contacting customer service at support@upgradeyourauto.com.
  • Refunds are offered for Domestic USA orders only. (All sales are final for International orders.
  • Refunds will be credited back to you within 7 days after we received and checked your item(s) into our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be the total purchase price of the item, minus a 15% restocking fee (shipping and taxes not included)

*In the event of limited or no availability for a replacement, a full refund will be issued.

Please note that returns are not accepted on Custom Orders.
